SD78 Board of Education regular meetings are virtual until further notice.  Public are welcome to attend by following the instructions at the top of the agenda. If you are unable to attend live, the audio file will be uploaded the following day.

Are the Agendas and Minutes available?

If you are not able to attend the meeting, but are interested in what happened at the meeting, we have an archive of the Board Agendas and Minutes.

Can I make a presentation to the Board or ask them a question?

At the discretion of the Board, the meeting agenda may include an opportunity for the public to be heard. Persons or groups scheduled to appear will be asked to provide advance copy of their presentation so the Board and management can study the issue to be raised and access information which may be relevant.

Persons wishing to address written comments or questions to the Board may do so by contacting the Board Office at 604-869-2411 or by email at least three weeks in advance of the next scheduled meeting.
